Delivery location: Products purchased by the customer on our website will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Responsibility during order delivery: The consumer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the goods or products from the moment they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. Likewise, they also assume the risk of loss or damage to the goods or products if they arrange for their own transport or if they choose a carrier not offered by PERUSE.
Inability to fulfill the order: If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please notify us via the contact page on our website.
If the customer has paid for the book and it is not available, we will inform the customer of this situation and offer them the option of choosing between a full refund of the amount paid by the customer, or the possibility of obtaining another similar book at the same price.
Return policy
General: Most items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the purchase or in the case of delivery from the shipping date with proof of purchase.
Exclusions: Items not eligible for returns - Second-hand books.
Processing of returned orders: If an order is not returned to our address due to the recipient's absence, failure to collect, rejection by the recipient, incorrect address, or incomplete address, the customer will be offered the option of resending it upon payment of the shipping costs indicated on the order plus the fees charged by the transport or courier company for returning the order to our address, totaling €7.00. If the initial shipment had free shipping, the customer will lose any promotional or discounted shipping costs with the second shipment and will still be required to pay the aforementioned €7.00.
In any case, the provisions of this clause will not apply to cases in which the customer is exercising the right of withdrawal and has so notified us, in which case the rules and clauses corresponding to the right of withdrawal will apply.
Other: We pay close attention to ensuring that all products included in our shipments are those requested by the customer and/or are in perfect condition for use by the customer. Therefore, without prejudice to and completely independent of the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee on non-conforming products, the circumstances that may cause an issue in the delivery of your product are the following:
- Product damaged during transport.
- Incorrect product that does not correspond to the order placed.
- Product that is missing a part or accessory that was included in the product description published on our website.
If any of these situations occur, please contact us as soon as possible in the contact page on our website. We will cover the costs of collecting the damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product and the costs of delivering the correct product, provided that the return and new delivery are made using the courier or transport company selected by PERUSE.
In cases where the product damage occurred during transport to the customer's address, the customer must note the damage on the delivery note provided by the courier or transport company at the time of delivery.
